Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PocketPlays (the "Service") at pocketplays.app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
PocketPlays is an AI-assisted tool that helps flag football coaches design plays, generate practice plans, create wristband call cards, and track results. Plays and plans are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided as suggestions to assist your own coaching judgment.
2. Your account
- You must provide an accurate email address and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
- The Service offers a free tier and paid membership plans: Monthly ($9.99/month), Season Pass ($19.99 every 3 months), and Annual ($59.99/year). Prices are in US dollars.
- Paid plans are recurring subscriptions that automatically renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from your account's billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your membership remains active until the end of the current paid period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial billing periods.
- We may change plan prices; we will give notice before a change affects your renewals.
- Payments are processed by Stripe and are also subject to Stripe's terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service; attempt to reverse engineer or resell the Service; or share your account to circumvent plan limits.
5. AI content — important disclaimer
- Plays, counters, and practice plans are AI-generated suggestions for planning and educational purposes. They are not guaranteed to be effective, optimal, or successful in any game.
- Any "success rate" you see reflects only the win/loss results you personally log — it is not a prediction or guarantee.
- You are responsible for verifying that any play or practice complies with the rules of your specific league and for the safety of your players.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the play descriptions, plays, and results you create and save. You grant us the limited right to store and process this content solely to operate the Service for you.
7. Intellectual property
The Service itself — including its software, design, and branding — belongs to PocketPlays and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or suitable.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PocketPlays will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator of PocketPlays resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
